ok i have 4 ps3 cams on 1 2 3 4 i set actor on cam 1 move to cam 2 to set i set it and cam1 has moved so how dose it save to each cam i hope some kind of tech support videos with how to with voice to explain thing better or 800 number |

Hi, I'm a little uncertain what you're asking but I'm guessing it's about setting up tracking after you've successfully finished calibration. 1. Load your saved project (the calibrated scene file.) 2. Scrub to the T-Pose at the beginning of your action. 3. Use the translation tools in the main tool bar to select and move your actor. (Not the Camera controls.) You may need to zoom out to see the actor to select him (use the mouse wheel.) Move the actor near the desired location and then click the corresponding Camera button to 'snap' back to the actual camera view. Make position and rotation adjustments, then switch to other cameras and make more adjustments. If you have trouble with this then it's probably a scale issue. Make sure the scene has proper scale (adjust the scale until camera #1 is the same height as the real world camera,) and that the actor is the same height as the live performer. Entering proper scale data is VERY important because if the scale is off, the rig will never line up and track properly. If you still have trouble, make sure the scene calibration was actually good. Sometimes the camera order can be reversed (which is easily correctable,) so check that each camera correctly corresponds to the camera from your shoot. BTW, you don't need to match the T-pose exactly so don't mess with the limbs: just move the whole rig generally in place. 4. If everything is good so far, go back to the Scene panel and click Recenter Coordinate System on Character. This step optional but probably preferred. 5. Click Refit Pose. You character is automatically posed to fit the performer's pose. Now you should be ready to track the motion. |

Please make sure your scene after calibration is in correct scale. You can use camera height over ground as a reference to set the scale. Please make sure you load the results of calibration (the XML file) before trying to align actor. |
