What is exactly the different between the basic edition and the standard edition? I can only find a different in the cameras 3-4 or 3-6 Thanks in advance. |

I think that's pretty much it. Six cameras do give you a noticeably higher degree of accuracy, which can translate to more 'professional' looking results. However, capturing from six cameras requires greater bandwidth, meaning additional USB cards and very fast storage device (RAID or SSD.) G. |

That said, four cameras work very well too. It's what I used for some time with very good results. Have you seen the latest demo video from iPi Soft? This is from a four camera shoot (you can tell by the number of camera preview windows in the corner): iPi DMC Demo 2 Even with four cameras the system is tracking some very complicated motions here, most notably the somersaults.
