Wow, that's really weird. It looks like you actually have five cameras of data so I'm not sure what's going on. What is your set up? Did you intend to shoot three or five cameras? If you intended three cameras, is it possible you unknowingly recorded extra data with two built-in computer web cameras? Was the video data recorded with iPi Recorder or assembled in another program? If you put these together in another applications, how did you layout the video panels? I'm just guessing of course, and I think you need to post a lot more info about this problem to get any helpful information.
Your result is very unusual though and I think iPi Software may find this case interesting. I'm curious to learn what happened in that example myself so I hope you get this problem figured out. Good luck!

P.S., steps for using iPi DMC are pretty straightforward. The
iPi wiki should have all the info for calibration and tracking for both PS3 Eye and Kinect setups. Is there a specific step you have questions about?
