Hi I'm trying out the trial version with 1 kinect camera. However I'm finding that when I appear to be lining up and scaling my actor to match the t pose on the video pretty well, when I click refit pose it picks the left hand and arm of my video pose properly, but won't pick up the right hand or arm (just lolls to the side). I'm using one Kinect with "don't record RGB from depth sensor" as I'm getting a poor frame rate if I do select it (despits having video card and system well within the specs mentioned on the web site) Help please as I want to make my mind up whether to purchase or not before the special offer runs out :) Thanks in hope! |

Try reloading the scene calibration data into your project. I found that occasionally the scene calibration data may fail to load properly, which will throw off Refit Pose and Tracking. This should be obvious by looking at the position of your cameras. I think this error occurs rarely but when it does happen, loading the file again should fix it. G. |
