Hi Im on a bootcamp imac , windows 7 64bit gfx card - ATI Radeon 6750m HD (asaik , its dx 11 ) Ive never used my kinect before with it , so no previous drivers installed or software installed ipisoft RDC , and recorder and drivers and setup my kinect with power and usb. Trying the recorder , I dont get any video image , just a black screen. The motor controls seem to be working. Please help!? |

I'm also having this problem with the exact same machine. iPi Recorder sees the Kinect, says it's "Ready." When I click on Setup, I'm asked to choose the video mode and presented with a black square. The stats report 0 frames, 0 frame drops, 0 bad frames. Also, the green light on the front of the kinect blinks constantly. I've tried installing the Kinect SDK and alternatively the Promise drivers, but I can't seem to get it to behave differently. |
