have a question about IPI soft product key license. Generaly can I keep using my old key when I uninstall and then install it again but on other platform? |

Not exactly sure what you're asking but if you want to move iPi Studio to another computer all you need to do is deactivate your license from within the program, install and launch iPi Studio on the other computer and then activate the license there. This is very important: You cannot have the same iPi Studio license activated on more than one computer at a time. If you remove iPi Studio from the first computer before deactivation, you will need to reinstall the program to deactivate the license, otherwise iPi's license server will assume you are still running iPi Studio on the first computer. There is no need to remove the program from your computer after deactivation unless you intend to never run it on that computer again. IMO, you should leave it installed in case you want to reactivate it on that computer later. (FYI, it happens rarely now but I occasionally move iPi DMC around depending on how and where I need to use it.) In the event that your computer or hard drive dies and you are not able to deactivate the software, contact iPi directly. They will be able to get you up and running again. G. |
