We purchased the standard version, 6 SONY PS cameras, and six 10M active USB2 cables. When we set everything up, IPI is telling us that the max we can get is 320x240 @30 FPS. Naturally we thought we were going to get full frame resolution @ 30FPS.

Is this normal or should I be looking at different active USB cables?

How the software is "telling" you about the max?
When everything is setup OK, you can get 640x480@60fps with PS Eyes.
Did you follow the recommendation of no more than 2 cameras on a single USB controller?

That might be the problem, more than 2 cameras /controller. I'm going out today and buy a couple of USB 3.0 cards and try it again. Thanks for the suggestion/reminder.

Bought two USB 3 cards, and we're now getting 640x480 @ 40FPS. Thanks.

You cannot get 60 FPS?

When I jump it up to 50fps, two of the cameras drop frames.
