Is iPi OSX compatible?

Can iPi use already recorded multicamera plain video (.mov or .avi files)?

Regards.

iPi software runs only on Windows. You can run it on Mac via BootCamp.

V1.x of our software used AVI format for storing recordings. If the layout of your multicamera video is compatible with what our software expects, then it has a chance. iPi Recorder 2 has the conversion tool for AVI videos. However, there are additional requirements.
First, the video should have a couple of seconds with clear scene for the evaluation of the background.
Second, and more important: besides an action video, a special "calibration" video should also be available for determining exact camera positions. If there is no calibration video, you only have an option to specify camera positions manually, and this will significantly reduce the accuracy of motion tracking.
