Hi
From your screenshots it is not obvious what is the problem with exported character. Please make screenshots in iPi Mocap Studio with skin rendering ON.
I'm not an expert in DAZ, so everybody in the forum who uses DAZ characters are welcome to join this discussion.

This problem with hand happens because DAZ models have body proportions that differ from default iPi skeleton.
You need to use more sophisticated motion transfer software (like Motion Builder) to handle this.

In daz you can double click the arm or shoulder, then use pose controls to make a global offset, that will fix the arm shoulder problem.
Also regarding creases and deformats, go to the animate tab not timeline,
you will notice that creasing decreases and know those wont be there in the final render, its just a refresh issue in daz.
