Yes, both kinects work properly when connected single to built-in USB. However, one of them need few secs more before it shows up on the recorder, but I don't know if that matters.
When connecting both kinects to built-in USB ports, there are several possibilities. As I tested it today, the recorder shows both of the kinects as ready, but in setup mode, they are either frozen (640x480 depth+picture), show a blackscreen, or will crash after a random period of time (640x480 depth only). Insufficient bandwith or not powered up wasn't shown today, I may have remembered it wrong.
When connecting any kinect to PCIe USB card, it does not work. The message is either "not powered up", or "insufficient bandwith", or it doesn't even show up in the recorder.
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
