Hey Guys. I just Installed the Free Version of iPi.
I did i few Mocaps with 2 Kinects and after few takes i feel that iam now used to it.

Now i got a PS Move Cam. I Found in the Gallary that one guy taked the PS Move on his Head to Film Action from First Person View.
( the Half Life 2 Free(Iron)Men )

I just want to ask you guys if i am able to do some first person Hand Mocaps with my Setup of 2 Kinects and or the PS Move.

greetings , Waluffi.

Hi

It seems you have confused what the guy wrote about the video. The guy used PS Move to capture his head rotations.

PS Move is a motion controller. PS Eye is a camera.
You can use PS Move to capture rotations of the head and the wrists with our software.
PS Eye cameras can be used instead of Kinects for full-body capture.

Our software does not support motion capture with cameras attached to an actor, what you're referring to as first-person mocap, as I understand.

Could you gave me some suggestions how i could realise FP Hand MoCaps ?

might it work with a 90 degree angle with my both Kinects and 2 Move Controllers ?

Please explain in more detail what you mean by "first-person hand mocap".
Do you want to capture hand and finger motions to animate them later on your character in a scene with the first-person view? If so, our software is not suitable as it does not capture finger motions.

I don't think that even AAA studios do mocap of hands and fingers to animate first-person view weapons/hands. It's all done manually, old school :)
