Hi I am new in this forum, I am french sorry for my english After using a long time ago ipisoft just for test it (just test mean I don't export animation because I never succeed) I see I can use the pro version for free!!! (the contest) But I have some question : 1- If I win, I can begin my one years in the time I want or is beginning when I have selectionned 2- I read the rules, but I don't really understand, I need have 18 years old? 3- Can I use 3D models without copyright? 4- I don't understand this : "My trial version expired. How can I render my animation for the competition? You can import your CG character model into iPiStudio (“File”->”Import Target Character”) and render your animation there. The only thing missing from expired trial is skeletal animation export. You should still be able to process your motion inside iPiStudio and export a video." Who can reformul it for me^^ 5- when starting and finishing a contest? And when we have the result? It all for the moment, I have other question for the software but I wait reply for this question ;) Thanks for advance |

Hello, 1. Yes, subscription periods starts when you activate the key in iPi Studio 2. These are just formal rules, we will not actually check your age 3. That's your responsibility. We just place the link to your video. 4. We mean that you can transfer motion to your character inside iPi Studio. And then export what you see in iPi Studio viewport to avi video, or use screen capture for that. Do do not require "finished" animation. The main focus of the competition is motion itself and quality of capture. 5. We select winner every 3 months. The result for April-June will be announced in July. Then in September, January, April. |

Yes, you can participate in the age of 16, just get consent from your parents :) Yes, good story is a plus. However, the quality of character animation and interesting motions are the first ones we pay attention to in contest entries. You can start a new trial on another PC, if you have access to one. We publish all entries in our blog as they come. Keep watching. If you've noticed the age limit in the rules, you should have noticed also that contest runs on quarterly basis. That is, the winner(s) is chosen every 3 months. Current quarter lasts till the end of June - few days left to send us an entry. Next quarter will last July through September. The main prize is a one year license to the Pro edition. Sometimes we decide to give a secondary prize - a one year license to the Basic edition. |

Ok my parent is ok :D I have just one kinect :'( ... No problem I can do good animation! If I downoald ipisoft in other pc I can export animation for free? I see the blog, if I understand, you have just 9 participant in jan-mar and in april-june just 3. So I have a lot of chance to win (if I can do animation in just 2 day^^)? I think I go do it faster! |

However, you won't be able to export animations from projects that were previously saved in expired trial. |
