| Post subject: | Use of the iphone X Animoji For face tracking? |
Is it possible to use the Animoji software that Apple has in their iphone X for face capture for animations? From what the preview showed it seemed like it would work the same and you would have t pay a year sub or something of the sort like other face capture programs. I also heard that it apple used one of those companies software to make the Animoji software. |

Hi I suppose it's better to direct this question to Apple who are surely more aware of the capabilities of their software. Apple acquired PrimeSense in 2013 and then FaceShift in 2015. I believe the technologies you see in iPhone X - TrueDepth camera and Animoji feature are the result of these acquisitions. |
