Hello. I recently discovered iPi Soft and I am interested in using it. I'm making a film as part of a project for school. However, we do not have access to any Windows computers. I was thinking about running the software on my home PC and access my PC via RDP. I was wondering if this was possible with a non-Windows computer since I'll be doing the recording at school and will be hooking up the cameras to Macs or Chromebooks. Thanks in advance. |

Hi Cameras need to be connected to the PC where the software runs actually. So a proper way would be using Bootcamp to boot into Windows on a Mac to which cameras are connected. Another option to try is running Windows on a Mac in a virtualized environment like Parallels. However it may not work if camera hardware is not properly mapped into virtual machine. |
