Azure Kinect provides more accurate depth data than Kinect 2. However, this doesn't bring dramatic changes when you come to comparing dual depth cameras vs 6 RGB cameras setup. So you can refer to dicussions around 2x Kinect 2 vs multiple PS Eyes, there is a number of them on this forum.
