I tried to use the recorder tool with my Unibrain fire-i 400 1394 camera. The software can detect those camera but crashed after I click the ok button. Anyone know the reason?

Most probably, the crash is caused by iPi Recorder trying to set incompatible resolution or framerate for your camera.

You can unplug your camera, restart iPi Recorder and set more suitable resolution and frame rate, then plug in your camera and restart iPi Recorder.

By the way, what resolutions and framerates does your camera support?
