Do you plan to support it? It has to say that it is long-range camera but it seems it is usable at least for animation of interaction with small items of 3d characters (like typing at keyboard, taking a gun from desktop, driving a car etc) as well as facial animation.

are successful uses R200 for photorealistic 3d models of people (https://sketchfab.com/itseez3d/models , ). If you will add similar functionality right into your package with auto rigging it will be really cool all-in-one solution.

Currently, we do not plan to expand functions of our product beyond full body mocap. And limited range of SR300 makes this device not suitable for our purposes.
FYI, we have already implemented support for RealSense R200, which will be released with the nearest updates. Unfortunately, the quality of depth data is substantially worse than provided by Kinect v2. Thus we still recommend to use Kinect when choosing among depth sensors.
