 Post subject: .SMD is corrupt

Cheers guys,
i have a big problem.

I did my Animation and wanted to export is as .smd file.

But if i import it in SourceSDK like Face Poser or Model Viewer OR EVEN in 3DS Max it look's like this:
(In 3dsMax Iam importing the .smd file with a SMDImporter)

Could you may help me to fix it?

There's no space between the Bones i think.

I failed with that gif animation you need to refresh the website to make it loop...

Yes, but then theres no "animation" only the model...

Here are all my male ValvBiped rigs for iPi

Export your animations as a .bvh then open the max file with the rig.
Click a bone of the biped and go to the motion capture rollout, click the convert button and convert the .bvh to a .bip file

then just load it on the biped and go to the layers tab

Hide the biped bones and unhide the valve bones and valve unused now export :)

You might ask, hey Cra0kalo these are only for Valve Males I'm working with a TF2 Character.

My answer, go to your source sdk bin folder and find motionmapper.exe :)
