I have a question about viewport camera controls... why is the scroll wheel movement backwards? If you scroll forward, you should zoom in, and if scroll back, you should zoom out but currently it is opposite. This makes for frustrating viewport navigation.

This is actually a common behavior of the wheel for moving in 3D. It really depends on how you look at it. Some interfaces think of the wheel as controlling a camera, in which case rolling the wheel forward pushes the camera forward (as you describe.) Other interfaces think of rolling wheel backwards towards the user as bringing things closer to the user.

Some programs I've used employ both methods, the first method for manipulating a selected camera and the second for manipulating a non-camera view. It might sound confusing but it really isn't after you've used it for a little while.

I've been using various 3d packages professionally for over 14 years... the current way to zoom in on this is incorrect... of course this is only my opinion. :)

Hey Ipisoft guys,
Any chance the wrist and the rest of the head tracking will be updated before the 14th? I am going to be doing a talk at a convention next week and part of that will be using the Kinects and Recorder/Studio.

Head tracking around Y axis - definitely not.
Wrist tracking - chances are low, and you also should be accustomed with using PS Move controllers before your presentation.

I'd hope that at some point, after the heavy lifting development work is done, that the 3dConnexion puck would be supported - as in Lightwave, MotionBuilder, 3DCoat, etc. to give full control over exactly how the user interface should work.

Downloading 143 now. This feature sounds fantastic:

New items in Edit menu for coping parts of body position:
- Copy Pose of Selected Bone - copies rotations for selected bone to Clipboard. For paste use Paste Pose menu item.
- Copy Pose of Selected Bone with Children - copies rotations for selected bone and all its children to Clipboard. For paste use Paste Pose menu item.

Thank you iPi Soft! Looking foward to using this update today. :)

New support for name spaces in Motion Builder FBX. Is meant to be used for the upcoming multi-actor tracking? :)

I like the new color point cloud enhancement. At first I wasn't sure how useful this feature would be but after seeing this, I think it's going to be very helpful:
