I reinstalled XNA Framework 3.0 from the link you gave and rebooted just in case but it still crashes...

Sorry for delay.
The last log looks the same as previous. Currently, I'm out of ideas (except brutal ones like reinstalling the OS). I will try to figure out something in the next few days (consider ongoing holidays).
In the meantime, maybe you will find an opportunity to install our software on a different PC?

Well I don't have another PC which video card supports pixel shader 4.0 so that won't work. Take your time I'm in no hurry. I will try reinstalling .Net Framework again from the link you gave. I'll post if it gives results. Anyways happy holidays!

How is your success with reinstalling .NET Framework?
I don't know whether you have uninstalled XNA Framework before reinstalling it. If not, try that, so it would be a clean reinstall.
Also you may try to install XNA Game Studio 3.0 (this is a link) instead of XNA Framework (again, uninstall XNA Framework before installing).

Well as I said I can't install .Net Framework 3. When I start the install nothing happens. Just the mouse loading icon appears for a second and then nothing. I looked at the processes and same thing, appears for a second and then closes. Yes I did uninstall XNA Framework before reinstalling it. I am gonna try XNA Game Studio 3.0 and I'll post results.

It also interesting to know what GAC reports on XNA DLL.

Go to <Windows folder>\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5
Run
