Hello all,
Well, this is embarrassing, but while I was recording the calibration footage I forgot to tell my colleague to put the recorder software in calibration mode. This was on an insanely hectic set, and we had to rush off to let the rest of the crew and talent continue shooting. Long story short, it was too late to re-record.
Now, of course, when I try to calibrate the footage, it doesn't track the light. It gets distracted by little reflections in the background and the like, as you'd expect. Is there any trickery that can fix this by adjusting the brightness of the footage? Alternatively, is it at all possible to extract each camera's footage, edit it in, say, after effects, and carry on as before? (I realize how unlikely that is, but must ask.)
Thanks a million. ~Grey
PS The footage was captured with 4 PS3 cams with the latest iPi Recorder software.
