Hello,
I have two kinects, one plugged into a USB2 and it works fine. The other I have plugged into a USB3 and it flashes this warning.
"this api has returned an exception from an hresult 0x800040005"
Not sure how to fix it so I can use two kinects. I tried switching the kinects, I just get the same error on whichever Kinect is plugged into the usb3. I tried updating the drivers to the usb3 but it didn't help.
Can someone please tell me how to fix so that I can use two kinects?
