I paired them in DS3 tool successfully.after that I disconnect the MOVE controller and press the PS button .the LED blinks a few times and then constantly glow.
but when I load ipirecorder ,it does not detect the controller.and in DS3 tool it shows:
Image
is it my controller's problem or usb dongle's?my dongle:TRENDnet 106ub
and I can't pair in IPI recorder either.when it searching for bluetooth devices. I press PS button continuesly but the red LED just glow constantly, and can't pair

Hi

I see from the trace log that your OS is Windows 7. Thus you don't need to deal with MiJ unless you want to connect more than 4 PS Moves (that requires several BT adapters). Please uninstall MiJ drivers and give another try to the standard pairing procedure in iPi Recorder.
This procedure may require to wait several dozens of seconds until all drivers are installed and PS Move is connected. During that time, you should press 'PS' button every time the LED goes out. Have you watched this video of pairing procedure?

Yes I 've watched that, unlike yours ,my case is the red LED being on instead of blinking when "searching devices"(I 've uninstalled MIJ).that's confusing.
My question is "is the asus bt211 the one that has no incompatible problem"?I read that some people say their 106UB's not with their device.and also should I buy a new PS MOVE?Thanks Mr.

That means PS Move is already paired and connected to some BT adapter. If it is a BT adapter of a PC where you run iPi Recorder, you should see PS Move in Device List of Recorder without the need to press the 'ADD' button.
One guess is that you have installed another version of MiJ, not 0.7.1001. Drivers in each version of MiJ set their own device IDs for PS Move. Thus iPi Recorder does not see PS Move with MiJ driver of other version. And though you have uninstalled MiJ, its drivers may still remain in the OS. Check in Device Manager, what is the driver for your BT adapter.
Also, your OS is 32-bit, and I cannot remember for sure whether we had tested MiJ in 32-bit OS. It's quite uncommon nowadays to have a 32-bit OS. Maybe, the same note about device IDs applies to drivers of the same version with different bitness.

Are there any devices named 'MotioninJoy Virtual Xinput device for Windows' or some others in device group names 'XBOX 360 Peripherals'?
If yes, please uninstall all of them, and then repeat pairing procedure in iPi Recorder.

not sure any of this will help, but I've successfully gotten 9 controllers to pair:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9232&p=18724&hilit=Move+controllers#p18724

I'm using 3 (yes 3) TrendNet TBW-106UB dongles. Might be 107, on at least 1-2, but either model works for me. I think that you can pair as many as 7 with a single dongle, but I had trouble getting these to work equally across and pair them one at a time to a separate dongle once plugged in and once not plugged in. Not sure if this discussion will help as it looks like you can't pair the Move controller at all yet because of Motionjoy problems. There are screenshots for the version of it that I'm using I think. Looks like a windows 98 application. The type of dongle DOES matter, and the cost of the ones I got was like $11 each. If you want 3, I'd advise at least trying the TrendNet model I'm mentioning. If it's not working at all and nothing I'm saying helps, then good luck. I just know I got it to work for me. I hope something in the discussion helps you:)

I'm not a PC user in general, so what dongles work with what kind of PC is, IMO, a cheap gamble that may require an exchange if the dongle doesn't work. I'm certain that there is a Wikipedia list of dongles that work with machines. Sorry the trendnet one doesn't work man:( I can assure you that it worked for me on an Asus laptop (not sure what model # unless I had it in front of me). I attached a couple of photos from a successful recording of 2 actors and 6 move controllers. Nothing technical and the computer was crashing a lot more than I hoped to get it to work. I have to dumb down the resolution of the ps cameras from 640x480 > 320x240 to get real time recording. It was hit or miss with 8 cameras. Might have to go down a few cameras next time. Anyway, don't spend a fortune on BT dongles. They're cheap and cheap ones should work. Please Wikipedia motionjoy to see what models work. Those are verified. I'm very sad this didn't work for you. Hardware to hardware is not my specialty. Had to experiment a bit to get things working and trendnet worked for me
