I've used ipi recorder for ages now. Got a 2nd laptop and kinect so I can use 2. The kinect configuration tool only gives off 1 error, which is a yellow warning for USB 3.0 (which nearly all usb controllers give from what I've read and is common), but the both the depth and color streams show up perfectly fine.

Only when I launch ipisoft is the option to record with a kinect not shown at all.
