Hey in ipi mocap studio i have added my actor's performance video. After all the calibration it has recreated the virtual cameras but the virtual actor is in opposite facing position. Any idea on how can i flip the virtulal actor? Rotating doesn't help since it still tries to pose the character like it is opposite.

Hi
Which camera configuration do you use? Depth or color, how many?
Have you adjusted actor parameters (height, body proportions, colors if using color cameras) before trying to track motion?

We are having a similar issue with 2 and 4 Kinect Azure in a live setup, sometimes the actor's front is interpreted as his back, so all movements get corrupted, this happens when doing T-Pose and also in the middle of the performance. We have to tell the actor to do a fast turn around when it happens and sometimes it get fixed. Would be very handy to have a button to flip actors front-back. Thanks

@turkodamian
When standing in T-pose, an actor should face camera #1 (by the order in iPi Recorder).

@formay
iPi Mocap Studio retargeting is not intended for external animations. Only for animations in action projects where source character is the actor model.
