Hallo,
I usually use a biomechanical manikin to analyze the type of movement. The manikin has angular limits with a maximum value (e.g. 70deg) and a minimu value (e.g. -65deg).
Some yours bvh files have output angles that change from -178deg to +180deg between two frame. This is only a change of 2 degrees but my manikin considers this like a change of direction. Could you suggest me the most suitable type of bvh files to export??
Thanks
Rosemma

Are you using the "File->Export Animation" menu item to export animation? It exports animation in iPi format optimized for internal tracking tasks, and coordinate systems for joints may look random.

Try the "File->Export Animation for Motion Builder" menu item. It should produce more suitable data.

Can you send me an example of a skeleton used in your biomedical analysis? What software do you use for analysis (if it is not a secret)?
