I use Poser Pro 2012. The problem I encounter is that the BVH goes into the wrong place when loaded to the avatar in PP2012. I have tried to use the t pose on first frame from recorder setting, however this is not good enough, because frame 2 and onwards move from the T pose into the original position when recorded (could move a long way from the T pose on the X and Z). This causes nightmare in cloth room and Marvelous Designer.

You may already have the solution, but I do not know of it yet.

Suggestions:

In the recorder:
A) When you make the T pose could you have a silhouette which shows you the correct position in space to be on the screen.

B) Could the T pose automatically calibrate to the correct T pose position in space, either on the recorder or in studio?

Hoping for a positive solution.

Please check if recentering coordinate system on character resolves your problem. See this topic:
