Hello,
When I use ipistudio it crashes during callibration process (but not only, also when I for example adjust cameras or do anything else), it seems it crashes after some time from startup...

I have 6 pseye setup, and pc configuration is
- win 7 home premium 64bit
- mainboard MSI (Z77A-g43)
- intel core i5-2320 3.00 GHz (quad core)
- Ram - 8 GB
- graphic card - Geforce GTX 560 Ti
- one 64 GB ssd drive

I don't know what more info I can provide, windows says only that program stopped working ...

Regards.

Hi

What version of iPi Studio do you use (see Help > About)?
Does this issue started from the very first use of the software or after one of the recent updates?

hi,

I use 2.0.0.133

the problem started when I installed on new pc (conf as above). I didn't install any updates.

With my old pc it worked fine, it was dual core with vista home premium 64 bit, 4 gb ram, same graphic card

regards.

Hi
Can you please update to the latest 2.0.0.134 release and provide us with debug information from the brand new Unexpected Error Dialog when the error occurs again?

Hi again.
Are you using the trial version of software? Your issue seems very similar to http://forum.ipisoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6158

We suppose this issue may be related to activation.
Please send your license key to our tech support email Image, so we could find server logs for your key.

to vmaslov

thank you very much for your help
the problem has solved.
i think it is due to modifying the date setting in my computer
(which i misread the installation guide at the beginning)
after i have formatted the hard drive and re-install the OS
the software works fine.

i would like to ask, does the Trial Version provide finger tracking?
i have record the video with finger movements and it doesn't fit onto the model.

Thank you very much,

Tom

hello

what do you mean by:
" i think it is due to modifying the date setting in my computer
(which i misread the installation guide at the beginning) "

couldn't you just change the time in time settings - why would you reinstall windows ?

do you have similar problem ? I don't understand why you've written it under this thread ...

anyway thanks for help ...

Regards.
