Hi i am having trouble getting 30 frames per second on my new laptop a Lenovo Y510p.

Core I7, 8GB Ram, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports.

I have tried Kinect SDK 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 and the psdrv3.

I have tried several versions of the recorder, and I can only get about 24 fps.

Hi
Thanks for the log, it does not contain any unusual records.
Did you try all available USB ports?
What if you set 320x240@30Hz mode?

I tried all available USB porte, and I tested my sensors on my Surface Pro, My HP6550b and my Lenovo 3000 N100, and I got a solid 30 fps. So I tried jpeg compression and 320x240 and I even installed the K-lite codec pack to see if it was my avisplitter, but nothing helped. But during the installation of K-lite i noticed the fps hit 30, so I tried to run a ressource intensive program alongside ipirecorder, in this case Broken Age. Suddenly the framerate jumped to a solid 30 frames, and stayed there, I could even plug in my second Kinect and got 30 frames on both cameras, but only as lang as I was running Broken Age at the same time. My conclusion must be that there is a problem with powersaving on my laptop. By the way I am running Windows 8.1.
