Hi for all. I own an IPI DeskTop Mocap Basic for Two Kinects. And I am very happy with it.
I own as well the Iclone 3,4,5 programs. In the last iclone 5.1 version there is a possibility, since they got
microsoft's sdk for they're mocap plugin to use it in real time, which is nice for some head, wrist - hand and foot movements.
Question:
In order to be able to use they're plugin I have to uninstall the openNi-primesense and then to install iclone-microsoft plugin.
How does it will affect IPI Studio Basic performance or if it will cause some sort of problems.

It's possible you would have to uninstall one to use the other and then re-install the first one when you wanted to use its related software program. After I installed the Microsoft driver it took priority over iPi's primesense driver.

Another possibility is that you could leave both drivers installed and go to Device Manager and then set the Microsoft driver to Disable. Then enable it when you need to use it later.
(I'm not sure if this second option would work).
