Hi ,

I have windows7 ,64 and 2 kinect but using the demo software for now is that why the 2 kinect dont work together I notice it wont allow 2 camera drivers at the same time.
Preciate any help thank you.

I think Ive figured it out I think the trail download doesnt do 2 Kinect if so the makers should mention it.

do you have 2 separate usb controllers on your computer?

Dual Kinect should work with the Trial if your equipment meets the hardware requirements. The problem could be, as atmuc already mentioned, not enough controllers for two Kinects. Have you checked Device Manager as detailed in the Wiki? If you only have one on-board controller for all USB ports, you may need to add an additional USB card. FYI, a hub does not add a controller, it just adds more ports.

Other possible bottlenecks: capture drive isn't fast enough to record from multiple devices or you're using non-active USB extensions.

These are generic guesses. You need to provide more information about your equipment and setup for effective troubleshooting.

i have same problem but if you try to plug in another usb with one of your kinnect it will be dont first open the device manager you can type device manager in start in win seven and then see devices see if it has ! this sample try to plug in another usb slot and when this sample ( ! ) disaper you done it
