I'm looking for an efficient way to export dual kinect recorded depth+rgb Avi files to separate videos for rgb and depth. So far the only method I've found is to use the export video feature in iPi DMC to save out the cam1/cam2 rgb and depth one at a time, which gets to be very time consuming. If the raw iPi AVI is opened in media player or other apps it appears to be r/g/b+another channel (luminance?) in the red channel broken into quadrants...and full screen depth in the green and blue channels. In theory all this image data could be parsed and reassembled with some careful experimentation using compositing tool like AE or Nuke...but why reinvevt the wheel if there is another way.

Anyone else tried this?
