If you lost the original key information they sent you when you purchased iPi DMC, you need email iPi Soft directly and have them send it to you again. (Their email address is on the website.) If you cannot deactivate the copy of iPi Studio on your old computer (i.e., the computer is dead,) you'll also need to request that they deactivate the license from their server before you can activate it on your new computer.
Otherwise, you can deactivate it yourself by running the software on the old computer. If you are able to do that, you might also be able to copy the license key from the software (check this before you deactivate the software.) Sorry, I can't confirm this personally right now, but I think the software will let you see your registration data before you deactivate.
