I've just moved my ipi setup to a powerful laptop.
It records great from 2 kinnects, and calibrates quickly, but is very slow at processing the mocap.

It has a quadcore i7 at 2.9 ghz on turboboost and 8 gig ram, as well as 2GB Nvidia GT540M

Somehow, I can't understand why it would be so slow.

My previous desktop machine takes 2 sec a frame, and this takes 14 sec. it has a 2 gig radeon hd 5500

Does anyone have any suggestions, or are there any benchtesting files I could use to try and identify the bottleneck?

Does the new laptop have additional integrated graphics card for power saving? If yes, then please make sure that it is disabled in the power management setting to switch to this integrated card.
