Hello.

This is my first time using Motion Capturing software. i was able to install both IPI recorder and Motion Capture Correctly and was able to use it correctly to track a person and Export the data to be used into 3ds max. the problem started when i reopened the Recorder. the video seem to spaz out while recording. im not sure if its an issue with the kinect, drivers or the program. im am currently Running off a 64-bit Windows 7 Operating system.

Hello!
It means that there is some issue with bandwidth of USB host controller. Workaround is to disable RGB stream from Kinect. To do it please check "Don't record RGB from Depth Sensors" option in "Advanced Settings" of "Camera Selector" dialog:
