dual kinect problem

Ok, I've downloaded video and it opens in iPi Studio as expected: 2 cameras, 640x480.

I suppose there may be some video codec problems on your system. The KMPlayer you used to screenshot video has built-in codecs. While iPi Studio uses DirectShow to open video - that is it depends on codecs installed on the system. Windows Media Player works the same way - please take a screenshot of video open in WMP. As earlier, in PNG format.

No sure, it wont help. Instead you can try to install some popular codec pack such as K-lite, or CCCP.

and i installed cccp codec pack . and i can open videos with media player classic .

but my broblom is not solved

Now I ask you question which should be first: what version of iPi Studio do you use (see Help/About)? It seems it's a little bit old version that simply does not support two Kinects.

Ok. We are sure now you are using the pirated version of our software. Yes, it's too old and does not support two Kinects.
Why don't you just download trial version from our site and buy license if you really need? Shame on you. Stop wasting our time anymore.
