I am install IpI Recorder 2.0. It's worked only 30 minutes. After that I start it and no result. Recorder not view cameras. I may use converted and other options without problem but cameras not working.
I try start IpI Recorder 1.0 on this computer and it's work great. What is the problem?
(I try re-install IpI Recorder 2.0 some times. No result)

Hi
Please provide more details:
1. What do you mean by "Recorder not view camera"? There are no cameras shown on the Cameras page of Recorder?
2. Have you tried to replug cameras to computer or reboot the computer?
3. What cameras do you use?
4. What is your OS version?

1. I started Recorder. No video from cameras. Only yellow ring round. (But 1-st time recorder worked great.)
2. Yes. I tried. I also tried to start recorder 1.0 and it's working great.
3. SPS
4. Win 7 Pro 64x

I have Exactly the same problem here. Worked the first time for the calibration video, but hasn't worked since... Using 4 PS Eyes, I just get the orange loading ring rotating around. Tried reboot and re-install.

Hi folks!
Can you provide us with trace files to help in investigating. You can do it with the recently published v2.0.0.11 of the Recorder. After waiting some considerable time (about a minute) for the "yellow ring" to disappear, go to the tools menu and press the SHOW TRACE button, then SAVE TO FILE. Trace file does not contain any private information, so you may attach it directly to this topic.
Thanks in advance.

Here you go.

Only two ps eye connected at the moment. Btw if you disconnect all cameras you don´t get a "ring" so it at least detects that there is no camera.

Ah! We've configured auto update to perform check for update on the scheduled basis - once per day. It is intended to decrease the start time of the application. Currently, to update manually you should download and run the updated iPi Recorder installer from our website http://ipisoft.com/V2_0_beta.html. In the next release, we'll add function to manual check for update from within the application.
Sorry for little inconvenience with this.

Thanks a lot. We've already managed to reproduce the issue.

Additional questions to all who experiences this issue:
1. Seems like "freezing" appears when in previous run of Recorder the calibration video was recorded (Darkening for calibration was set to Darkening or Extra Darkening). Had someone got this issue in another situation?
2. What is your OS bitness (32 or 64)?
