Hello

1. Does ipi soft handle mocap of palms (twists and rotations) ?

2. I have imported my character into ipistudio (with fbx), mapped the target bones in motion transfer profile and exported retargeted animation back to fbx file, using "export animation..." option. But when I've imported the file to 3dsMax (with "update only" option on in fbx dialog box, just to import only animation) the character's mesh scale was wrong and there was no animation. Are there any issues when using this feature ?

I use the newest version.

Regards,

Hello
Currently palm tracking is not supported. We will support it in future releases of 2.0 later this year. This feature will utilize wide spread inertial sensors like PS Move and Wii Motion.

FBX problem may be caused by incorrect 3d MAX import settings. What happens if you open the file with Autodesk FBX Viewer (part of Autodesk FBX Converter? Does it look messed up? If yes, then can you please send us the problematic file, for debugging?
