Dual Video Cards

I have two video cards, one just for rendering in blender and one for driving the display. Can ipi pick to use the rendering card that is not hooked up to any monitors to solve the motion?

So what card does it pick from? How does ipi know what card to use?

Studio just picks the default video adapter for DirectX. Which is usually the adapter connected to a primary monitor. The same adapter is used for computations and for rendering contents of the scene.
