I import 3dmax terrible distortion occurs, how to solve?

The distortion can be fixed by following these steps

1) create a new max file with a fresh biped.
2) apply the mocap data to the fresh biped and save out as a .bip file.
3) open up your rigged character and apply the .bip file you saved out to your rig.

Boom!

A further problem,

About his feet, and tracking results are not stable, is not to be changed in a stampede in the key points 3DMAX

It's hard to say why this tracking error occurs without playing with the video. Maybe the actor should wear the pants having more contrast color with the floor.
Anyway, manually reposition the right leg and hit "Refit Pose". This should fix the problem.

I think the reason is probably the right with a green on the left is not, there will always be attracted in the past, I will try to change the color

I manually gracefully position, click on: "Refit Pose"

Will become so.
Now it became a question of luck

Try adjusting the model to add more thickness to the legs.
