We used Dual-Kinect setup to record takes last for hours. We were trying to export the color streams recorded by Kinect from iPi Mocap Studio using the provided function to write an AVI file ("File->Export Video"). While the exported file has a size limitation of 4 GB, once exceed (after several minutes of the recording), the file would be crashed. It might be a bug if iPi Studio was using OpenCV library to write the AVI files.

Could you please help with an optional solution to export the color videos recorded by Kinect? For us it’s not feasible to cut the whole recording into small pieces within 4 GB, as the whole AVI file would be synchronized with our other recordings and later on be loaded in another software as a single chunk.

PS: It's not about FAT32/NTFS problems. We are using NTFS file system. And here is some hints:

4GB limit issue will be fixed in the next update of iPi Mocap Studio.
In the meanwhile, you can choose some MPEG-4 codec in export options to reduce the file size.
