Most probably, you have not fitted the model's height to that of an actor. Looks like the model is higher than actor's point cloud.

Ok, so I tried my best to adjust the actors height but its still having issues,I cant seem to line the head up with the rest of the body, the back still has that strange arch, the actors feet sit around where my ankles are in real life, and thus the knees are bent, the character stands on his toes and it arches his back, any idea what I'm doing wrong, or how to correct this? Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, been busy lately, The feet tracking seems to work monumentally better while wearing Jeans and shoes, rather than shorts an socks, not sure why, but the results seem to speak for them selves, i would assume its because it can differentiate my legs from my feet better.

With Kinects, feet tracking works better when the feet have more volume like wearing big shoes. Naked feet (or in socks) are too slim for depth sensor resolution.

Ground cancelling in iPi is a bit aggressive and it will remove your feet if they're not high enough above the ground plane.I typically wear hiking shoes or snow boots--the extra volume helps but it's also good to have thick soles on the shoes to 'lift' the feet higher over the ground plane.
