Hi
We have looked through your video.

The ground plane is detected quite OK. It seems that issue with the legs is comprised of two parts. First, the actor (you?) is indeed standing with the legs being leant forward slightly. Second, there is some distortion in the depth data, maybe the real FOV angle of the sensor differs a bit from the corresponding parameter in Studio. Try positioning the Kinect a bit lower, at a waist height and half-meter closer to the actor.

There are a couple of places in this video where the tracker loses one or two arms. The error with waved arm can be easily fixed with regular cleanup technique:
  • select incorrect frame in the middle of mistracked region
  • manually correct the arm position with Rotate tool and hit Refit Pose
  • then track forward and backward from this frame to the bounds of mistracked area
It may be required to disable trajectory smoothing for this cleanup (press Sharpen until value 0 for Trajectory Filtering). After cleanup, you can enable it again.

The errors with turning around cannot be auto fixed completely, because the sensor just does not "see" the arm behind your body. You can fix those regions where the arm is again visible to the sensor but is mistracked, using the same cleanup technique described above. For obscured body parts you can only do manual positioning. That is why dual Kinect setup is much more powerful than single Kinect - the chances are much higher that every body part is visible to at least one of the sensors.

And one more note. If you expect the feet to be tracked well, the actor should wear shoes with a thick sole. Naked foot is too small for Kinect's resolution, and cannot be tracked accurately.
