Poser-Mocap incorrect body parts positions

Hello.
Transfered character from Poser to Mocap and this results that get:
1.James character

2.Ryan character

James give totally incorrect hands position. But Ryan also give not 100% correct pose.
The same result in BVH.
Where is my mistake? I don't tried another characters from other programms.

Hi
Check the bone mapping at the Export tab. There may be some confusion between shoulder/clavicle bones of your character and model in Mocap Studio.

No, there is two characters from Poser with the same bones mapping (clavicle/shoulders is correct; I'm sure in it 99.99%--checked many times) that give different results.
