I am new to Ipisoft and i am evaluating whether it could work with ps eye but i seem to have many problems with calibration. I have gone through quite a few tutorials but i have not been able to get it right.I wanted to know if there is a way to change the view of my camera once i am done with the calibration. The problem that i am facing is that once i am ready to track a scene, the ground floor is different between the cameras. Like for e.g. camera 1 is alright but camera 2 the ground floor is at a different angle and i am not able to refit the pose. I have already shot all the mocap vidoes but i do not know if there is a fix for it. Is there anyway a solution for e.g. if i can tweak a few settings in my calibration video. Please do let me know, i love this software but there is a certain amount of learning curve.

You can manually adjust the camera position right in the calibration project. Use the tools located on the Scene tab under the camera name.
However it is strongly not recommended to do any manual adjustments (besides the scene scale). If you cannot get good calibration results automatically, then it is better to record another calibration video, correcting the things that prevent successful calibration.
If you wish, you can provide us your calibration video. We'll look if it is suitable to get usable results, and will provide you the hints on what you were doing wrong.

I am using the four camera box set up, the problem is i have already shot all the videos and i was wondering if there is anyway i can just shoot a calibration video and just use it directly on the videos that i have shot. I know i might be asking a silly question just that i rented a studio and shot all the videos but i am kinda stuck with video files which i cant use.

If the cameras did not move since you've made the shots, then you can record another calibration video to get camera positions computed. In any case, I recommend you to pass your calibration video to us. Maybe we could get some results from it.
Advice for future shooting sessions: try to process the calibration video before you pack the cameras and leave the studio. If you can't get usable results, reshoot the calibration to improve it.
And good practice followed by many users is to always shoot 2 calibration records - one in the beginning of a session, and another in the end. This is a great help in case some of the cameras were occasionally moved during the session.

The problem is i am not able to get the ground plane right, i have tried various hieghts and followed the instructions but i am not able to get the ground plane right. So when i calibrate my model from is completely in different angles when i switch cameras. anyhow i will try and post the videos but they are just to large, around 2 gigs.

The videos are usually well compressed with zip/rar. Still, it'll be several hundred megabytes, which you can upload to file-sharing service of your choice.
