The hardware should be compatible, and the video drivers are recent.
Still, you could get the latest drivers from NVIDIA website, maybe that will change the behavior.

No details for the crash. Only program shutdown, windows search for compatibilty

Please look for a file named "iPi Mocap Studio.log" in your temporary directory (type "%TEMP%" in the address bar of Windows Explorer to get there) right after the crash. If it exists, post it contents here.

It seems that something insignificant (like font) is missing in your OS installation, but it's hard to say what exactly. Obviously, I won't force you to reinstall Windows :) Though launching the Repair function could help. Also, you could reinstall .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and XNA Framework 3.0.
You've mentioned that you're waiting for a new PC. When it arrives, give another try to our software ;)

Will you make osx version in the future ?

In the foreseeable future - no. Our software relies heavily on MS technologies like DirectX and .NET, and supporting Mac OS would require rewriting most of the things from scratch. We simply do not have resources for this.
