Do you have enough USB Controllers to accommodate the number of devices? The general rule of thumb is 2 PS Eye cameras or a single Kinect per Controller.

Be aware that the number of USB ports on your computer does not determine how many Controllers it has because multiple USB ports can be associated to a single Controller. Most computers have two Controllers which can potentially support 4 PS Eye cameras but probably not 6.

If this is the case, you may need add an additional USB controller card to your computer.

From the specs it looks that your PC has only USB 2.0 ports (no USB 3.0), that usually means there are only 2 USB 2.0 controllers.
As Greenlaw cited from the wiki, you need one USB controller per 2 PS Eye cameras. Thus, to work with 6 cameras at full speed, you need an additional USB controller.
Depending on the free expansion slots on your motherboard, you can install either PCI card with USB 2.0, or PCIe card with USB 3.0. Please see the bottom of the above wiki page for known compatibility issues for certain camera-controller pairs. Use this list to avoid possible problems when choosing USB controller to buy.

If you can, get a USB 3.0 card. Even though the devices themselves are not USB 3.0, you can still get better data throughput than with a USB 2.0 card.
