First, you should roughly align the model to an actor in video using Move and IK tools. Next, you need to set proportions of the model to match the actor (height, thickness of body parts). For videos from color cameras (PS Eyes), you also need to set proper colors for the model. Use Analyze Appearance or the eyedropper tool. Then you can hit "Refit Pose" to accurately align the model. You may do several iterations of Analyze Appearance and Refit Pose to improve both colors and initial pose match. Finally, you can start the tracking.
