hello Hall

i have some questions regarding the calibration and subsequent tracking, i have tried to capture with 4 ps3 eye a small volume, but for some reasons i get no luck in having the scene to correctly scale the scene/actor even if the scene seems to be aligned properly.

first thing i see is that the dots in the calibration are much bigger then in the screenshots/test i have seen so far, is this a problem?
cameras are manually moved and rotated to be in the correct position and yet once the calibration is done the charater is centered in couple of cameras but a bit off in others.
Once i tried (even if the calibration was wrong) to track the motion of the actions i see that the avatar is much smaller then my actor and i have no idea why considering basically in calibration the actor and the character have being almost perfectly match.
any info warmly apreciated.
thanks

p.s.
i can up all the videos if needed..

As a final step of calibration, you need to manually adjust scale parameter, to make distances between cameras and cameras' height over ground correspond to actual.
Here's the guideline:
http://wiki.ipisoft.com/User_Guide_for_ ... _reference

Before you do this step, please make sure you calibration was correct. One "Scene" tab for each camera you can see reprojection errors, and camera misdetection percentage. Calibration is good, in reprojections errors are within 1 pixes, and marker misdetection is within 10%.

Also make sure that all floor points you marked are seen in all cameras. If not, unmark all points and mark floor points seen in all cameras.
