Do you mean after it's been exported? It's possible that you're interpreting 60 (PS Eye) or 30 (Kinect) fps at 24fps in you're animation program. This can have the effect of slowing down your motion. To correct this, you'll need to convert the data to the desired framerate. For example, I like to render my animations at 24fps, so after retargeting an editing my iPi mocap in Motion Builder I would re-plot the motions to my final skeleton at 24fps.
If you have no way to properly convert the framerate of your motions, try capturing at a lower framerate.
If you're seeing slow playback from inside of iPi Mocap Studio, I'm not sure what's going on there.
